Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local law.

No custody

Valtier does not hold user funds outside the course of executing a swap. Once a swap is complete, no balance remains on our systems.

Rates and fees

Quoted rates are valid for a limited time window. Floating-rate swaps settle at the market rate at time of deposit confirmation. Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a swap.

Irreversibility

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Double-check destination addresses before sending. Valtier is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address.

Limitation of liability

Valtier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
